"Batty Fever" is the 1st Segment of the 13th Episode of the 1st Season of Disney Junior's and Brown Bag Films' "Vampirina". It's premiered on November 17th, 2017, alongside with the 2nd Segment "Poetry Day". SynopsisVee and her family end up coming down with a case of "Batty Fever" - an illness which only vampires get. PlotOxana is packing the snacks and calls Demi and Gregoria before telling them to make sure Vampirina is getting ready for school. They then head to Vampirina, who is sleeping, as she doesn't feel well. Demi and Gregoria put an outfit on her, but she doesn't feel well. Oxana sees that Vampirina's cheeks are all rosy instead of pale, and the bags under her eyes are gone, which means she has a case of batty fever, which is a sickness only vampires get. Vampirina then sneezes, and she turns into a bat. Oxana mentions that with batty fever, Vampirina can't change back until she's cured. Oxana will call the school to let them know Vampirina is sick and will also make a potion to cure the fever. Vampirina decides to go to bed, as batty fever is very contagious. Boris appears and also sneezes, turning him into a bat. Oxana realizes how serious it is and decides to brew the potion when she turns into a bat. Gregoria and Demi will take care of the Hauntleys. What they need is a ghost remedy; Demi decides for the Hauntleys to hold on to a clover and think happy thoughts. Vampirina thanks Demi and Gregoria for their help, but mentions that the only cure for batty fever is a potion, and it has to be made just the right way with just the right ingredients. Gregoria says that gargoyles are always careful and exact when it comes to following recipes. He needs to make it quickly before it overcooks. Demi and Gregoria then prepare the ingredients for the potion. First, Gregoria adds four monstro-pods to the hot and bubbling cauldron and stirs it, but he does so slowly. Gregoria eventually finishes the potion, although it smells like troll treat. He then takes it upstairs for the Hauntleys to try. Boris tries it, and he turns into a snail. Demi mentions that the potion overcooked, as a result of Gregoria working slowly. Demi and Gregoria say that they will figure it out. They try it again, and this time, Demi adds the ingredients quickly, stating that it's the speed that matters. Demi and Gregoria arrive again, and when Oxana tries it, she turns into a goat. She then eats part of the blanket. Vampirina tells Demi and Gregoria that they can't give up. They are the best friends in the world, even when they mess everything up. Vampirina mentions how different Demi and Gregoria are, and how it makes them good together. She also mentions how important it is to do something together instead of themselves, like Vampirina and Poppy. Demi and Gregoria then decide to work together to make the potion. They then add just the right ingredients and finish the stirring just in time. The Hauntleys then drink it, and they turn back to their normal selves. Vampirina says that it's all thanks to Demi and Gregoria working together, as they make a terrorific team. They then mention how different they are and their different abilities make them a great team. They decide to head to bed when Wolfie appears and sneezes. Vampirina mentions that that was a plain old puppy sneeze. If Wolfie could get it, Demi would help out. The Hauntleys then hug. CharactersMain CharactersOther Characters
