Synopsis

Demi gets sick and needs lots of love to cure him!

Plot

Demi is getting ready for the day, having set up all the things he and Vampirina love to do. However, Vampirina has to go to Bridget's house to help give Miss Cuddle Cakes a bath. Demi decides to find someone else to have a great day with, but Oxana and Boris have way too much work to do, as the Spider Queen's coming to stay with them. There's also a swamp monster coming. Gregoria is also busy guarding the roof. Demi decides to hang out with Wolfie, but he is sleeping. Demi decides to hang out with himself when he sneezes, as he is sick.

When Vampirina returns, Demi tells her about the sneezes and constantly disappearing. This alerts Chef Remy Bones, and Vampirina finds him in a painting with Uncle Dieter. Demi also causes Gregoria to fall off the roof. Vampirina and Gregoria tell Oxana and Boris about it, and Demi shows up, having been in a freezer. He is later in a television, but still sneezes. The Hauntleys then call Dr. Milweed, who is impressed over the growth of Vampirina. She gives the Hauntleys lizard lollies before noticing Demi stuck in the television. Dr. Milweed confirms that she is the best monster doctor around, and mentions some notable times in her career. She runs some tests with prescription-strength lucky charms, but Demi's sneezing breaks them.

Dr. Milweed then brings out The Physician's Big Book of Spells while Gregoria changes the background in the television. Demi is still sneezing, and Dr. Milweed decides for the Hauntleys to search the house for items that are cursed while Vampirina keeps Demi company. She apologizes for having been so busy, as she'd do anything for him and loves him. Demi's hand heads out of the television, and Vampirina tells Oxana, Boris, and Dr. Milweed about how much she loves Demi. Dr. Milweed mentions that ghosts are attracted to strong emotions, like love, and shows an example. Demi has been feeling invisible lately, as he's a ghost, but he doesn't want to feel invisible to Vampirina. Demi didn't want to tell Vampirina about it, as he didn't want to bug her. He can always tell her about it, and Vampirina apologizes for canceling their day together.

Vampirina and Demi love each other, and more of Demi heads out of the television. Vampirina mentions that it's still important to let one know how much they love each other. The Hauntleys mention Demi's characteristics that make them love him, and he is free. He is happy to see the Hauntleys again, and gives them all kisses. Vampirina is glad to have Demi back, as well. Later, Dr. Milweed gives Demi a clean bill of health and a lolly. She tells Gregoria that it's good for a doctor to give a patient all the facts and Vampirina that her diagnosis is that she's grown into a fine young vampire. Dr. Milweed then leaves. The next day, Demi finds the Hauntleys ready to spend a spooktacular day with him. Vampirina mentions that the most important part of the day is Demi, who thanks everyone for knowing how to make a ghost feel loved.
