Synopsis

Remy gets featured in Edgar's latest Weekly Weirdness episode.

Plot

Chef Remy Bones is preparing a surprise for lunch. Demi decides on a snack, but carrots fly all over the place. Bones mentions it is his new kitchen security system to keep away hungry ghosts. Only he is allowed in his secret spice cabinet, his special spoon drawer, and the snack lair. Vampirina and Poppy decide to wait when Edgar arrives, having promised a new episode of Weekly Weirdness by tonight. He records Bones making spider sandwiches. Edgar likes it, and decides that Bones will be perfect for his episode. Vampirina likes it, and Poppy decides to name it "Cooking with Chef Remy". Bones loves the idea.

Bones then tells everyone his agenda for his recipes. Vampirina mentions that a cooking show is to share recipes with everyone, so they can make them. Bones is a bit nervous and leaves, thinking if he shares his recipes with the whole monster world, there would be fake Chef Remys all over Transylvania cooking his food. Bones decides to not share anything. When he returns, he is told by Vampirina and her friends to show how to make each dish step by step. The recording begins, and Bones is tasked to make his blob on the cob. However, he leaves out the boo butter, as he is nervous to share it.

Vampirina mentions that Bones cooks when inspiration strikes. Bones shows everyone how to make his bone-chilling chili, and Vampirina suggests him to slow down for the monsters at home. Bones is scared when Vampirina mentions scream spice as the secret ingredient, as salt is needed. Next is dessert, where Bones will make his underworld famous apple pie, one of his most precious recipes. Bones puts in apples, and when the pie sparkles, everyone knows he must have added something, but he throws it away, as he can't remember the recipe and runs.

Vampirina and Gregoria know that Bones is acting strange, and Edgar decides to record Vampirina and Poppy making apple pie à la moat. They mention the recipe, but Demi forgets it, although he's eaten it lots of times before. Demi sets loose Bones' whisk, which flies all over the place. Poppy goes to get the cinnamon, setting loose the carrots again. Edgar stops the recording, and Demi and Gregoria know that Bones doesn't want anyone using his secret recipes. Vampirina and Poppy realize it. Edgar appears, and Vampirina tells him that the recipes are Chef Remy originals before heading to Bones.

He apologizes for forgetting his recipes, as he didn't want to share them with everyone because his food is what makes him special. Vampirina tells him that what he's sharing is his love of food, something that will always make him special. She also mentions the benefits of sharing the things Bones loves, and he mentions the food his great-grandmère made for him. He then decides to share the recipes with his friends, as he is sharing is heart, which is what makes him spookily special. Bones then finishes his recipe, his own meal, from his heart to the others. Later, Edgar's fans love the show and Bones' dishes. This warms his heart like a good soup, and he thanks Vampirina for teaching him the benefits of sharing the food he loves, as he feels spooktastically special.
