"There's Snow Place Like Home" is the 2nd Segment of the 25th Episode of the 1st Season Finale of Disney Junior's and Brown Bag Films' "Vampirina". It's premiered on November 23rd, 2018, alongside with the 1st Segment "Nanpire and Grandpop the Greats". SynopsisWhen Vee doesn't get the snow day she was hoping for, Demi casts a spell to help cheer her up. PlotBoris and Demi finish decorating the cobwebs to make the house cozy during the chilly season when Vampirina and Oxana serve hot cocoa and marshmallows. Vampirina states that the winter is just like Transylvania with the cloudy and cold weather and spooky trees. Vampirina puts on her winter clothes and Oxana gives her a haunted sled. Vampirina gives it a try and forgot that it runs on snow. Oxana and Vampirina hope there is snow in Pennsylvania and remember their past times in snow. Vampirina wishes the Hauntleys were in Transylvania, as they were having so much fun there. Oxana reminds her that there are new winter traditions to start in Pennsylvania. Edna and Poppy then arrive and Edna states that there's a snowstorm coming according to a weatherman. Vampirina shows Poppy the weatherman on Transylvania Monster Television, who's always right, and forecasts snow in Transylvania. Vampirina can't wait for snow to come in Pennsylvania, and tells Poppy what they plan to do during that time. Edgar and Edna then leave and Vampirina tells Oxana and Boris about the upcoming snow before going to sleep. The next day, Vampirina tells Demi about the snow and Oxana tells them the storm passed the Hauntleys. Vampirina can't believe it, as it never would have happened in Transylvania. Vampirina wishes she lived back there again, and Demi realizes the feeling. Boris tells Vampirina about the food that Oxana made, and Vampirina refuses for now. Gregoria tells her that there will be snow another day. After Demi mentions it, Vampirina decides to use magic to make snow appear with a snow spell. Gregoria is against it, unlike Demi, but decides to go along with the plan. Vampirina then finds the spell in a book and she, Demi, and Gregoria recite the spell to bring snow. The spell works, and Vampirina, Demi, and Gregoria then have fun in the snow. Oxana, Boris, and Poppy are delighted to see it but Poppy states that it's only snowing at the Scare B&B. Vampirina tells Oxana and Boris everything that happened. Boris states that weather spells are never a good idea. Just as Edna arrives, Oxana and Boris distract her while Vampirina, Demi, and Gregoria try to reverse the spell. However, the snowstorm turns into a rainstorm. Demi tries to clear the snow and rain, but it only brings thunder. Vampirina finds the spell book with Demi following and recites the spell to clear the rain and snow. However, the backyard turns into the jungle, bringing in the summer. Vampirina states that exactly the right words need to be said. She finds one, and recites the spell to return the winter as it was once before, without the snow. Vampirina apologizes for doing the spell in the first place, and Poppy tells her that one of her favorite things is going to the ice-skating rink. She and Demi discuss other possibilities, and Vampirina states that those are even better than real snow, as long as she has friends like Poppy. Vampirina feels at home without snow, and sings about friends making a place home. Vampirina tells Oxana and Boris about everything back to normal and feeling right at home. Just then, it begins to snow for real. Vampirina states that it does feel like home and she and Poppy ride on the haunted sled. CharactersMain Characters
